A Married Couple Who Met on Facebook Because They Had the Exact Same Name are Now Getting Divorced:
Back in 2008, 20-year-old Kelly Hildebrandt of Coral Springs, Florida typed her name into Facebook to see if anyone else had the same name. She found a 24-year-old guy in Lubbock, Texas who was ALSO named Kelly Hildebrandt.
They became Facebook friends, and then they started messaging. That turned into phone calls, and that turned into visits. Less than a year later, male Kelly Hildebrandt proposed to female Kelly Hildebrandt. They were married in 2009.
Unfortunately, it turns out that having the exact same name as someone just might NOT be enough of a foundation for a lifetime together.
We're sad to report that Kelly Hildebrandt and Kelly Hildebrandt have decided to get divorced after three years of marriage. They're citing irreconcilable differences.
Male Kelly says, quote, "She's a Florida girl and I'm a Texas guy. We really did come from different worlds. We gave it our best shot."
And it appears female Kelly has deleted her Facebook profile.
A Couple Sues Their Wedding Photographer Because He Missed the Shot of Their First Kiss:
Back in August of 2011, Jarrad and Sheree Mitchell were married in Nathania Springs, Victoria, Australia.
And when they were going through their photographs from the day, they were SHOCKED to find that their photographer MISSED the shot of their first kiss. He got a shot of them right before their kiss, but missed the kiss itself.
So they SUED him.
They also said the photographs he DID take were blurry, shadowy, and totally un-artistic. The photographer claimed the kiss was just a quick peck and they didn't give him enough time to get the shot.
They'd paid $2,730 for the photography, and claimed $6,740 in damages.
A tribunal judge ruled that the company should pay the couple back $748 for not fully delivering what was promised.

What Year is This? A 23-Year-Old in Florida is Busted for Selling Moonshine:
It's been about 80 years since the U.S. ended prohibition. So this is definitely a crime you don't see every day . . . or every century.
Last week, 23-year-old Daniel David Pawa of Lantana, Florida was arrested for SELLING MOONSHINE.
Back in November, Daniel posted an ad on Craigslist with the headline, quote, "Moonshine?" An undercover agent from the Florida Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco called him and asked to buy the, quote, "strong stuff."
They set up a sting on Daniel and, last week, he sold them 40 gallons of 180-proof moonshine for $150-a-gallon. Moonshine that's 180 proof is 90% alcohol. The legal limit for alcohol in Florida is 153 proof, or 76.5% alcohol.
An ABT agent says, quote, "The danger in moonshine comes from the use of unregulated materials, which can lead to various threats to consumers' health."
Daniel has been hit with several felony moonshine and illegal alcohol production charges. Two people he was working with were also arrested.
