Big ego's in rock bands is nothing new. And bands that split because of internal issues is very common as well. While Richie didn't really get into detail about what Bon Jovi's internal issues were, he does seem to have some with Jon Bon Jovi. It's too bad that they can't work it out for the sake of the fans.
